She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from James Madison University and her Master’s degree in Nursing from the University of Texas Health Science Center in Houston. Kelsey’s background includes practicing in surgical, cardiac, and psychiatric settings. She is also associated with the Firefighter Behavioral Health Alliance (FBHA)
